Where does your order ship from?
We keep inventory in Los Angeles, California and in Mexico City. Your order ships from the warehouse for your country:
- 🇺🇸 US orders ship from Los Angeles.
- 🇲🇽 Mexico orders ship from Mexico City.
Some items are only available in one country. If you see it available in the store, we can ship it to you.
US shipping rates
- Standard Shipping: $10 USD
- Priority Shipping: $18 USD
- Stickers Mail: $5 USD, sticker-only orders. Does NOT include a tracking number.
You pay one shipping fee per order, no matter how many items you buy.
Processing & delivery
Please allow 5-10 business days to process your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (except Stickers Mail).
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once tracking shows the package as delivered, the carrier is solely responsible. Stickers Mail orders have no tracking, so we cannot trace or replace them if they get lost.
Return policy
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
