All shipments will include their tracking number at the time of being sent which takes 1 to 3 business days after finalizing the payment of the order.

What can I do if I live in a remote area?

What we recommend doing is sending directly to a post office so you can go pick it up as soon as your order arrives.

What can I do if my order has not arrived?

In case of being by Correos de México, the best thing you can do is contact your nearest post office directly and ask for it with your assigned tracking number, they will inform you more about your order.
